Blue9 Return & Replacement Policy

 

At Blue9, every spectacle is fully customised as per your selected frame, lens type, prescription, size and other personalised requirements.

Because each product is made exclusively for you, we follow a strict No Return & No Replacement policy.

 

1. No Return / No Exchange

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including

Change of mind

Wrong selection of frame, lens, size, colour, or prescription by the customer

Personal preference mismatch

Since customised eyewear cannot be resold, all confirmed orders are final.

 

2. Replacement Only if Blue9 Makes a Mistake

 

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases

Wrong product delivered

Wrong prescription lenses fitted

Manufacturing or quality defect

Damage occurred before delivery

To process a replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing photos/video as proof.

 

 

3. No Refund Policy

 

Refunds are not offered for customised spectacles under any circumstances.

 

4. Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once the customisation process begins, cancellation is not possible.

 

5. Prescription Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and updated eye power.

Blue9 is not liable for issues arising from incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.
